Who we are

Hotelplex is an online accommodation search and booking service. The property or travel supplier identified in your booking provides your stay. Some offers take you to a provider’s website to book.

Booking support

Email hui@hotelplex.com. For an existing reservation, include your booking reference, property name, and stay dates so we can locate your booking. Please do not send full payment-card details, passwords, or identity documents by email.

If you completed your booking on another provider’s website, contact that provider using the details in their confirmation.

Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation eligibility, deadlines, and charges depend on the rate you selected. Review the conditions shown before booking and in your confirmation. For a Hotelplex booking, use the cancellation option on your confirmation page when available, or email us for assistance. Sending an enquiry does not itself cancel a reservation.

Privacy enquiries

Send privacy questions or requests to the same email address with “Privacy request” in the subject, or write to our Singapore address above, marked “Attention: Data Protection”. You can contact us even if you have never made a booking.
